Job Description

Title: IWC Assistant Boutique Manager

Mission:

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, IWC Assistant Boutique Manager is in charge of implementing the retail strategy, managing the boutique daily operations and overseeing the team together with the Boutique Manager. He/She is in-charge as deputy in the absence of the Boutique Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with and support the boutique manager with all managerial and operational tasks
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders as well as the office team
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of IWC’s history, products and partnerships as well as the watch industry
  • Identify and/or create sales opportunities inside and outside the boutique environment
  • Acknowledge selling of watches, accessories and services as the core responsibility and exceeds turnover targets set by the Boutique Manager
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding personalized customer experience
  • Strive to find new and creative ways to exceed client’s expectations
  • Manage customer service requests and respective processes
  • Engage in CRM-activities such as prospect follow-up on a daily basis
  • Act as an ambassador in and out of the boutique, activate network to recruit new prospects and clients
  • Maintain the boutique according to global IWC visual merchandising standards
  • Oversee the boutique team in the absence of the Boutique Manager
  • Conduct training and daily briefs with the Boutique Manager

 

Profile:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in luxury retail or 5 star hospitality
  • Strong leadership skills, high level of emotional intelligence and empathy
  • Good understanding of luxury customer service and client experience
  • Excellent communication skills, can maintain a conversation elegantly
  • Has perfect manners and strong sense of etiquette
  • Open and outgoing personality, strong selling skills, results-driven
  • Ability to build& develop client relationships and networks
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints independently
  • Fluent in English
