SUPPLY CHAIN SENIOR ANALYST

The mission of our Customer Service function is to: ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle-free service journey to our clients; turn customer service into a competitive advantage; participate in the client data collection to enhance Maison`s data strategy; and ensure the efficiency of our repair network.

Reporting to the Regional Customer Service Supply Chain Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving and implementing the different digital and data analytics initiatives for the Richemont Americas region
  • Contributing to process improvement and efficiencies through consistent distribution and competent analysis of daily, weekly and monthly reporting
  • Supporting retail and repair locations through timely, accurate completion of various operational support and supply chain tasks

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your key responsibilities will be (but are not limited) to:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve analytical dashboards, KPIs and Management reporting across the region
  • Identify potential process improvement opportunities and propose concrete solutions to solve inefficiencies
  • Provide support and training to the teams regarding usage of operational reports
  • Provide on-demand analyses to support CS projects and improvement initiatives
  • Identify and resolve anomalies identified in workshops, logistics and SAP
  • Liaison with local and central Maison teams to ensure data integrity, visibility for upcoming initiatives, and consistent and reliable flow of necessary spare parts to the region
  • Analyse and coordinate stock returns and/or re-distribution to improve overall stock availability, decrease network shortage and to control stock value
  • Perform analysis and system upload of MRP/replenishment parameters for stock sites in reaction to new demand trends and in anticipation of future forecasted needs.
  • Perform various operational support and supply chain tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Approach tasks, reporting and analysis with a Lean mindset

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To contribute to your team’s success, you have/are:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a Supply Chain or Business Analytics department
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Data Science preferred
  • Excellent proven analytical skills (previous experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud a plus)
  • Strong understanding of BI tools, data architecture and overall ERP systems (SAP a plus)
  • Robust proven Excel and other MS office skills
  • A natural communicator (written and verbal), able to adapt communication to the audience and with strong presentation skills to influence various stakeholders
  • Self-learner and independent, a demonstrated ability to prioritize and work flexibly
  • Strong mental agility, willingness to tackle complex matters and proven resilience
  • Result-oriented and pro-active, demonstrated ability to find solutions to solve complex business requirements and improve internal processes
  • Advanced organizational skills and timely and consistent follow through until task/project completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Details driven, able to consistently produce accurate work with complex data and processes
