Your time is now.  Begin your career in specialty watchmaking and contribute to the history and craftsmanship of our Maisons.  The luxury watchmaking business continues to grow, creating a need for skilled professionals, able to execute the maintenance and repair of watch complications. 


Join us for a newly created 12 month program,WOSTEP certified, taught by professionals who have highly recognized expertise, at our globally recognized school, equipped with the newest watchmaking tools & resources, located in the Greater Dallas-Forthworth Metroplex.  No prior experience necessary - bring your curiosity, extreprenurial spirit, and desire to learn. You will gain exposure and insight from our real-life workshop, located next to our watchmaking school, where you will be awarded an internship that allows you to practice the application of your education with us.


You will create the opportunity to join us in a permamenet role as a Technician in our Texas watchmaking facility or national boutique network, where you will leverage your newly acquired skills.  *Upon graduation, positions offer starting wages at $50k annually or $24/hr, which will evolve as you continue to develop your education and mastery with us. 


Your Mission

  • Develop your analytical, methodological and organizational skills through our Worldwide recognized certification from WOSTEP; opening doors to not only Richemont but all watchmaking groups
  • Learn mechanical know-how, rooted in Swiss high watchmaking craftsmanship
  • Gain and expand your knowledge of our watch Maisons: JLC, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Panerai, IWC, A.Lange & Sohne, Roger Dubuis, Baume et Mercier, Cartier, etc.
  • Develop your technical level to repair ‘hour/minute’ watch, perpetual calendar, & tourbillon; expanding your complexity mastery
  • Build a foundation that will allow you to create a management path that leverages your new technical expertise; we have more than ten  global technical platforms where you can explore opportunities



  • Must be able to work a full-time schedule
  • Able to attend on-site classes for the entirety of the 12 month program in Greater-Dallas
  • Excellent dexterity & eye-hand coordinaton
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Willingness to grow and learn
  • College Degree not required
  • Highschool Graduate or GED equivalent
