PURPOSE

We are searching for a Finance Trainee, to start our 1 year rotation program. This will be a great opportunity to explore the different areas in our Finance department 

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

PAYMENT METHOD PROCESS

  • Review & formalize boutiques policies by payment method
  • DAY TO DAY SUPPORT TO BOUTIQUES
  • Attend daily consultation from boutiques regarding payment related process

 

RETAIL ACCOUNTING

  • Ensure a proper registration and reconciliation of all boutique transactions

 

GENERAL ACCOUNTING

  • Participate to day-to-day accounting activities
  • Support Group financial reporting

 

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

  • Purchase to Pay process continuous improvement
  • T&E policies & registers alignment

 

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

  • Support B2B invoicing and payment collection

 

TAX FILLINGS

  • Participate to the preparation of the annual Tax filling
  • Support the preparation of the annual tax report (Dictamen fiscal)

 

REPORTING

  • Support monthly closing process
  • FP&A
  • Support development of new analytical tools

 

INVESTMENT PROJECTS

  • Support preparation of investment projects (New boutiques)

 

EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineer)
