Overview and Responsibilities

 

The Richemont Group Tax Department is recruiting a Transfer Pricing analyst to reinforce its Tax Team.

Reporting to the Transfer Pricing Manager, the Transfer Pricing Analyst will work in close cooperation with the Group support functions (mainly finance) and Brands and Regional management. The Transfer Pricing Analyst will support the Tax Team in the application of the Group Transfer Pricing policy in accordance with current OECD Principles as well as local rules.

 

The Transfer Pricing Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:

 

  1. Compliance – Transfer Pricing documentation for group entities (70%):
  • In coordination with the Tax Team and external advisors, prepare transfer pricing documentation reports according to the OECD guidelines, group transfer pricing guidelines and local rules. The work tasks will include but not be limited to 1) review and analysis of financial data and intercompany transactions; 2) review and document the entities operation model and 3) review benchmarking study and economic study write-up provided by external advisors;
  • Monitor the group documentation process based on a streamlined process, track the timeline and ensure the TP documentation can be prepared and delivered on time based on the latest requirements;
  • Support the Tax Team in preparing documentation and analysis for MAPs and APAs;
  • Maintain/update intercompany agreements;
  • Research and follow-up on the evolution of tax regulatory requirements in the various jurisdictions where the Group operates.

 

  1. Transfer Pricing operation (30%):
  • Periodic monitoring and review of Group entities’ profitability and updates of transfer prices with Brands HQs and the local entities;
  • Act as a Business Partner with Brands for the implementation of agreed transfer prices and other business terms in the ERP, consistent with Group transfer pricing policy and internal methodologies;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, central and local stakeholders to provide ad-hoc transfer pricing support.

 

Profile and required skills

 

  • University degree in Finance, Tax or Economics. CPA/CTA or equivalent is a plus
  • 2-3 years’ of relevant experience in a large public accounting firm or in a large MNE, preferably in Transfer Pricing;
  • Transfer Pricing knowledge and good understanding of its various implications;
  • Strong data analytical, Excel and Power Point Skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact as part of a team as well as with various external and internal stakeholders;
  • Hands-on and “can-do” attitude;
  • Attention to details;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken), French is a plus.
