TimeVallée is an innovative multi-brand boutique concept offered luxury brands and operated by independent partners.
It provides a Complete Turnkey Solution. A strong concept to magnify the brands, with an optimized space for an unrivalled customer experience.
We are currently looking for an Store Projects Coordinator to assist the Store Design and Planning Manager in the roll out of worldwide boutiques supporting with all retail projects and store planning activities for TimeVallée, long-term contract.
The role is to plan, execute and finalize projects accordingly to strict deadlines and within budget. This include coordinating the effort of the third-party contractors, suppliers and consultants in order to deliver projects accordingly to the plan.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:
- Evaluate projects’ survey, data analytics, report and build ID cards to present to Brands
- Establish efficient collaboration with Maisons SDP team/operators/external brands aggregating around TV roll out
- Design and implement boutique layouts & opening cycle, to ensure it is achieved on cost, quality and time
- Direct all initiatives and capex to ensure project completion within corporate standards and quality
- Brief and assist architects for all layout and drawing developments
- Supervise projects stakeholders: designers, project managers, millworker, general contractor, VM suppliers
- Initiate and define TimeVallée diversified retail design concept: evolution brands retail visibility & experience area on layout (Travel Retail, Pop UP) and present recommendation to management
- Support in the TV Pop-up experiential store concept
- Support in the TV Travel retail concept. Evaluate budget and participate to business plan for Operators
- Ensure alignment of store design concept development with TV retail operation & Marketing team
- Supervise TV Chart development
- Achieve capex reduction
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?
- Architect Degree (Design, Creation, other technical focuses), or equivalent
- First experience in project management or similar role
- Previous experience in one or several of these domains preferred: Luxury interiors, Fashion Retail, Luxury Boutiques, Hotels & Resorts, Architectural firm or Design Studio High End Contractor / Millworker / Supplier
- Fluency in English, French a plus
- Interior Design & Decoration, furniture engineering, architecture and visual merchandising skills required
- Proficiency in Autocad, PowerPoint, Illustrator & Photoshop
- Good handsketch skills and able to correct technical drawings provided from MW and GC
- Knowledge in 3D software a plus
- Proactivity and dynamism
- Available for a permanent contract
