As Group Internal Controls (ICS), we have an ongoing mission to improve Richemont’s control environment, relying on automated application controls as an integral part of our ICS strategy. To best fulfil this mission, we are looking for a new colleague, who will support us in this endeavour, as well as in improving our global ICS tool and expanding the use of continuous monitoring in our controls framework.

 

Purpose of the Position:

 

Based in Bellevue (Richemont HQ) and belonging to Group Finance teams, you will support the continuous improvement of application controls, covering both design and operating effectiveness elements, with a focus on SAP, and progressively extending the scope to other relevant systems.

 

This position will give you an opportunity to make a bridge between manual and automated business controls. You will be defining the control framework in collaboration with multiple stakeholders on both business and IT side, and subsequently evaluate those controls. The result of your work will have a high visibility to senior management.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Automated Application Controls (AAC)

  • Monitoring of changes impacting the standard ICS framework with ongoing updates
  • Defining the testing methodology for the AAC (SAP and other systems) and performing the testing accordingly
  • Reporting on deficiencies identified during the testing with the stakeholders and follow up on remediation
  • Monitoring projects and proposing medium to long-term testing methodology changes (such as automation or data analytics), in collaboration with other stakeholders acting as the 1st, 2nd or 3rd line of defence

 

Managing the global ICS tool (Riskonnect - SalesForce based)

  • Developing tool and enhancing projects with the ICS team
  • Managing system administration and documentation
  • Supporting end users

 

Continuous Controls Monitoring (CCM)

  • Collaborating to identify relevant use cases
  • Ensuring the validity of the implemented CCM, keeping in mind viability/practicability of the solution

 

Supporting the Group ICS team in

  • Monitoring and working on changes of the IT General Controls (ITGC) for central systems, partnering with the IT Compliance team
  • Monitoring of the worldwide ICS compliance for Richemont affiliates, in close collaboration with local ICS coordinators
  • Participating in ad hoc projects

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

You bring a solid ERP technical and audit background and a goal-orientated mind-set, which will help you develop an in-depth knowledge of Richemont processes and system configurations.

 

Required qualifications and competencies:

  • University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
  • IT audit experience (internal or external audit) from a large or international environment, or in a big four. CISA certification is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience of best practices in business controls and fair understanding of financial reporting risks
  • Strong SAP knowledge and working experience (navigation, data structure, key tables and transactions). Knowledge of SAP S4 and SalesForce is a plus
  • Ability to analyse complex processes and system configurations and, based on the analysis, formulate conclusions, effective solutions and priorities
  • Data analytics and process / control monitoring experience paired with knowledge of related tools like ACL or Celonis is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially with Excel
  • English, fluent spoken and written. French is a plus
  • Hands-on, delivery orientated and working with a large degree of autonomy
  • Team player with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Integrity, independence and professional conduct in all situations
