WE’RE RECRUITING 

Richemont is looking for a Procurement Excellence Director.

 

You drive procurement excellence across the group in collaboration with Maisons, Regions, Central Functions and key stakeholders:

  • Develop and implement global procurement competencies, processes, and tools
  • Work with Group Technology to deliver best-in-class systems capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process
  • Lead, coordinate and support procurement transversal activities and projects

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Develop and implement global procurement competencies, processes, and tools:

  • Co-develop procurement policies, guidelines, processes, and tools, in collaboration with Maisons, Regions and Central Functions
  • Drive, support and monitor global implementation of group template and procurement best practices, including training programs
  • Act as Business Process Owner for Procurement (source-to-pay process)

 

Work with Group Technology to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process:

  • Oversee the procurement digitalisation vision, roadmap, and budget in collaboration with Group Technology and key stakeholders
  • Lead a team of Product Owners in charge to define and implement the procurement products vision and roadmap in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure procurement capabilities are properly leveraged to deliver the target procurement performance

 

Lead, coordinate and support procurement transversal activities and projects:

  • Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, provide recommendations
  • Lead transversal initiatives and drive continuous improvement

 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • You are a senior sourcing and procurement professional with 10+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organisation, processes and modern procurement tools at a global level.
  • You are experienced in implementing or managing source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business services.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are capable to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement. You are service oriented, capable to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve your goals.
  • You are fluent in both English and French.
