CONTEXT

Project Manager will cover for the current Omnichannel Project Manager who will be taking maternity leave. As part of the Group Digital Distribution team, the Project Manager will be reporting directly to Group Omnichannel Program Director and work hand in hand with Senior Product Owner on one of the initiatives.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

During the maternity cover period Project Manager will be in charge of 3 streams of activities:

 

  1. Omnichannel live&video chat product:
  • Lead Live&Video chat product ownership to ensure consistency with the product vision throughout product lifecycle
  • Manage relationships with Maisons and Regional CRC as main stakeholders to shape business requirements
  • Onboard new Maisons within product roadmap and organize rollout in new Regions
  • Collaborate with Group Technology team to ensure development, and  implementation are aligned with product initial requirements
  • Track performance measurement and promote continuous improvement of the product adoption

 

  1. Stock reservation initiative:
  • Coordinate Maison and Regional stakeholders to ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Oversee user acceptance testing activities to guarantee business validation in line with the requirements
  • Prepare operational readiness plan to ensure smooth commercial activation
  • Support Maisons in post Golive phase by monitoring business performance and facilitating technical issues resolution

 

  1. Ad-hoc Omnichannel analysis:
  • Analyse data sets and run benchmarking exercise to determine patterns, recommend optimizations on ad-hoc initiatives, whether it is an omnichannel stock usage or web assortment optimization or an omni-channel experience improvement

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

We are looking for a highly motivated, goal orientated individual, who is able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from business and Tech, and who is passionate about the digital world.

  • You hold an Engineer or Business Master Degree, ideally with 8 years+ experience.
  • You can leverage significant experience in Retail, Call center and Web distribution channels
  • You are effective in managing projects and have a good ability to solve problems
  • You can rely on strong communication skills to adapt to different audiences level (From Tech to Business, From operational to c-level) and negotiate until reaching an alignment
  • You have strong attention to detail, analysis as well as synthesis capacity
  • You are able to work in a flat and versatile organization in a multicultural environment
  • You are focused on customer satisfaction and quality
  • You are dynamic and self-motivated
  • Agile certification (Scrum, Safe, AgilePM,…) is an asset
  • Knowledge of Salesforce environment will be appreciated
  • You are Fluent in English, French is a plus
