CONTEXT

The Omnichannel Content Product Owner (PO) role is aiming at supporting the Maisons on digital content accuracy, completeness, consistency and quality across all product segments as well as compliance with the defined data standards. The Omnichannel Content PO is also promoting Digital Content management industry best practices across the Maisons.

 

The Omnichannel Content PO will define and materialize the product strategy, prioritizing features to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients and / or end-users in full alignment with Maisons business priorities. He/she federates the business stakeholders around the product vision, owns the product roadmap, and is responsible for managing the product throughout its lifecycle.

 

 

The Omnichannel Content PO is in charge of animating and coordinating the community of  Maison’s Digital Content Coordinators and Local Content Managers, supporting them in their efforts to actively promote and facilitate meticulous content maintenance.

 

The Omnichannel PO is part of Group Functions Product Office and is reporting to Senior PO of the area.

 

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • You will act as the Business-Product Team interface
  • You will develop and promote the Product vision, own the product roadmap and budget and be responsible for management of the product throughout its lifecycle
  • You will ensure internal product communication
  • You will collaborate with Maisons business stakeholders to discover and understand their needs, translating these into product requirements
  • You will prioritize demand in close collaboration with the Maison business stakeholders
  • You will identify the product user categories (personas) and maintain customer journey maps
  • You will maintain and refine product backlog based on changing needs according to business value or ROI, given capacity available
  • You will partner with the development teams and business analysts to make sure the product vision is translated appropriately into the implementation.
  • You will work with cross-functional teams across Product Areas to prioritize user stories
  • You will manage cross-Area dependencies such as a product release
  • You will participate in Agile ceremonies with the Product team
  • You will work with the Product Team to assess IT tools selected to ensure they match business requirements expressed by the business stakeholders (Maisons, Functions, Regions/countries) 
  • You will ensure that the product training support, tools, and documents are created and shared
  • You will support business in change management approach and share best practices
  • You will track product’s user feedback, benefits, adoption and usage though key metrics / KPIs
  • You will evaluate, define and streamline business processes
  • You will ensure system and functional compliance with the organization and business processes in place around the Digital Content management solutions (PIM, DAM, OCP,CMS, Legal), if necessary, make recommendations for improvement
  • You will develop a plan for data quality in the enhanced OCP

Dimensions

  • 10+ years experience in Marketing Communications, Retail and/or Digital Content Management
  • Good business understanding of product marketing, eCommerce, Retail, and communication
  • Good understanding of information technology (IT) and data management, SaaS, CDN
  • Good working knowledge of digital media formats (photos, video, format conversions, codec…)
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Content Management systems, especially PIM, DAM, and/or CMS an asset
  • Experience in multinational and innovative environment
  • Expert knowledge in Agile Product Management framework/methodologies (SAFE, SCRUM, Design Thinking…)
    • Gathering & analyzing business requirements
    • Writing of Functional Specifications & User Stories
    • Activity monitoring and reporting
    • Management of risks
    • Identifying resource requirements and plan expenses
    • Project planning & management
    • Coordination of user testing phases (UAT) and QA
  • Experience in implementing PO techniques (e.g. customer journeys, personas, discovery, …)
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. French is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good listener
  • Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly or executive language at different management levels up to C-Level, motivate and inspire teams with client vision
  • Strong customer orientation
