The Legal & Regulatory Compliance Team is looking for an intern for a 6-months period to support legal and regulatory compliance functions in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s compliance management program, across all Richemont Group regions and Maisons.

 

The Compliance Intern will have three main objectives:

 

  • to support the team in the implementation of the compliance management program and the development of our policies and procedures.
  • to support compliance monitoring tasks through data analysis and report building; and
  • to contribute in the team efforts on day to day activities including but not limited to: corporate compliance, AML/KYC tasks, regulatory monitoring, and emerging requirements in the legal and regulatory compliance space.

As a member of the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Team, the Compliance intern will work closely with legal and regulatory compliance director and various business functions, to support their compliance needs.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

  • Research and analyse regulatory developments in key compliance themes and monitor policies and procedures alignment.
  • Develop, confirm and update compliance tools and reports.
  • Update compliance databases.
  • Contribute in various compliance projects and initiatives, as requested.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE ?

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business related disciplines and/or in law.
  • Ability to manage, analyse and process data using software and develop automated reporting solutions. Previous experience in CRM systems, SAP, programming a plus.
  • Organised, analytical and curious nature, capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and delivering results on time.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Dedicated, flexible, curious, pragmatic and autonomous.
