How will You Experience Success with Us?

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented IP Paralegal with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to handle complex situations with calm. You should be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including last-minute changes and requests. Your professional attitude, integrity, and a solution-oriented approach will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you must be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of interacting appropriately at all levels. The ideal candidate will be a self-learner with creative thinking and the flexibility to work in a changing environment.

 

What will be your missions ?

1) Administrative Tasks:

Ensure documents are produced quickly and accurately, including POAs, contracts, letters, email presentations, and legalisation/notarisation processes.
Assist in the production of reports and manage paper filing, e-filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
Diary management including legal deadlines, team deadlines, organization of meetings, and appointments.
SAP vendor creation and documentation collection, data changes, and handling payment and processing of invoices in liaison with the accounts department.
Monitor budget expenditure and prepare quarterly budget reports for the relevant Maisons.
Assist in the preparation of any IP-related reports.

 

2) Legal Tasks:

Assist in conducting worldwide searches and clearance checks for potential trademarks and collection names.
Assist in the implementation of the design filing strategy and with all trademark, copyright, and design prosecution tasks in close coordination with paralegals and assistants.
Review and format IP agreements and prepare documents for wet and digital signatures.
Assist in the review of products and conduct IP clearance checks as necessary.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of IP litigation for the Maison(s) worldwide.

 

Your background :

Minimum 5 years in a similar role in an international legal environment, either in a law firm or in-house.

Fluency in French and English.

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
