CONTEXT

The Richemont Transformation Office (TO) is responsible for leading the overall group transformation programs, monitoring compliance of group transformation according to CFR Board mandate and decisions, and driving internal & change management project and programs.  In this position your role will be to support the Group transformation programs and related projects, reporting to the TO Senior Project Manager Leads.  It will involve working transversally across the Group and between different departments.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Support TO Program Sponsor and Project Leaders 

  • Managing project streams, including governance, risk and reporting
  • Monitoring and driving projects forward
  • Liaise and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, internal and external to Richemont
  • Work proactively and independently to complete projects
  • Provide ad-hoc support as part of the Transformation Office team brainstorming and researching new projects
  • Run pilots, training, monitoring and presenting results
  • Identify new opportunities

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU NEED?

  • 5 to 7 years of professional experience
  • You possess a client centered mindset
  • You have project management skills and an experience in digital, data and/or databases
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to lead transversal project
  • Experience in continuous improvement or process optimization
  • You possess strong ability to work transversally with different markets, entities and stakeholders
  • Good communications and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and another language
