MAIN PURPOSE

 

Play instrumental role in measuring the social impact of Richemont’s sustainability efforts. Contributing to the development of a social sustainability data measurement framework. Support us to bring social sustainability data to the next level for public reporting and performance management.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Set up social data reporting requirements and guidelines
  • Ensure social reporting requirements are understood by all relevant stakeholders (e.g. human resources, health & safety, responsible sourcing etc.); provide guidance and trainings
  • Own social data reporting: ensure data collection, data monitoring and assure social data reporting for annual sustainability report
  • Develop and maintain social sustainability dashboard in collaboration with with ESG digitalisation manager and human resources
  • Lead the implementation of our Social Impact Assessment methodology
  • Pro-actively monitor EU social taxonomy, EU Sustainability Due Diligence requirements or developments in DEI area and adapt reporting system when necessary

 

PROFILE

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or Social Sciences with solid background in data analytics
  • Keen interest in Sustainability, ESG and social impact measurement
  • Work experience with ESG reporting standards such as GRI, Sustainability rating standards (e.g. Sustainalytics), Social Impact Assessment, Social Taxonomy, DEI
  • Highly self-motivated, open minded, good team player
  • Strong analytical, structured approach to problem solving and interdisciplinary thinking skills
  • Fluency in English is essential, French a plus
  • Good project management skills
  • Good IT skills, especially with Excel and other Microsoft Office 365 or related applications
  • Ability to deal with people from multicultural environment
