Group Compensation & Mobility Specialist

Support our Maisons and Regions in all aspects of Compensation & Mobility providing guidance and expertise, within global processes and procedures, whilst meeting the business/customer requirements.






  • Manage the life cycle of assignees, from preparing cost calculations; reward packages; monitoring end date of assignments and updating assignee global databases, in line with Group policies and practices
  • Review and make recommendations to the Group assignment policies, taking into account legislation changes, to ensure they are fit for purpose and aligned with external best practice
  • Ensure global application of global assignment policy and perform regular audit of files             
  • Partner with assignees and the business to presentation reward packages and ensure effective moves
  • Provide training on Group mobility policies, procedures and systems to Global HR community
  • Manage the international benefits and contributions (retirement plan; medical insurance etc)
  • Deliver the annual review of notional salaries/Exchange rate protection/QOLA





  • Support & train Maisons/Regions on job ranking approach whilst ensuring global standards are maintained and centrally recorded
  • Deliver annual salary review process for your Maisons and Regions
  • Run ad-hoc compensation surveys and projects upon request at Maisons/Regions or at local levels
  • Submit the global annual survey submissions to the appropriate surveys houses ensuring effective job matching and timely submissions
  • Co-ordinate the annual salary forecast process
  • Provide regular and ad-hoc compensation reports on specific Compensation metrics, examine and identify key trends in the data and provide appropriate advice
  • Collate and analyse market data to produce the global market medians for the business in line with local/Maisons/regional/global requirements and reward philosophy





  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation with a regional or global remit, global mobility experience would be a plus
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering
  • Expertise in expatriate compensation, expatriate taxation issues and international social securities
  • Excellent command job evaluation methodologies (preferably Hay)
  • Experience of working with an HR Information System such as SAP and advanced user of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • As part of a team delivered the annual compensation process in a multi-national business
  • Analytical and continuous improvement mind-set with a strong customer orientation
  • Project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills, cultural agility
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • English Fluent & French an asset, other language a plus
