CONTEXT

 

The Richemont HR function is at the beginning of a major digital transformation journey aiming to better serve our People and business needs.

This digital transformation will involve many projects we’ll need to deliver together with our HR community from the Group, the Maisons and the Regions.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

  • As Digital HR Project Manager within our Group HR Organization and Operation team, you will contribute to the digital transformation of our HR function supporting our evolving business and people strategy.
  • You will be a key player participating in the design of our digital transformation strategy and the implementation of our digital roadmap aiming to elevate our people’s experience and take our operational excellence into the future.
  • Your mission is to lead impactful and innovative HR projects across all phases, from conception through management and operationalization. You will also initiate and coordinate change and enhancement processes and play a role of integrator in transversal end-to-end transformation projects.
  • You will contribute to the global HR organization & operations excellence community, share your knowledge, and leverage other colleagues’ experience in designing scalable, global solutions.
  • This role will report into the Senior HR Project Manager of the Group HR Organization & Operations team and your ultimate success lies in the support and close collaboration with the various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS DO YOU NEED?

 

  • A Master degree and 5+ years of experience in consulting and project management, with a sound knowledge of digital transformation and change management and would be a plus to have an understanding of topics HR issues.
  • People oriented, you focus your actions and objectives to bring added value for our People.
  • Results driven with a rigorous approach supported by proven methodologies.
  • Enthusiasm for digitalisation and IT topics paired with a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking and pragmatic actions.
  • Courage to develop and share trend-setting unconventional ideas, to put thoughts in the right context and connect the dots.
  • Stand out as a strong team player and recognized for openness, sociability and assertiveness allowing to navigate well in a multi-cultural environment and complex organization and through uncertain times.
  • Willingness for growth and appetite to be both challenged and supported.
  • Excel in communication, presentations and influencing skills and fluent in English and ideally also in French.

Being part of the Group HR Organization and Operation Team, the role will allow you to work on a diverse range of projects which interact with many difference facets, processes and teams that make up the Group Richemont.  It will give you an interesting insight into the business and the ability to build on your range of skills.
