This is a unique opportunity to join our People experience team, with a particular focus on employee engagement, culture evolution & workplace transformation to support us in enhancing our employee proposition and employee journey. This role is instrumental in defining, measuring, and delivering our desired culture and creating a great place to work. As a member of the People experience team, the role holder will support the People Experience Director.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As part of the Group People Experience team, you will have to monitor the organization health, developing our engagement strategy, increasing our capacity to connect our employees to our values, and lead our efforts around developing our future of work environment. Responsible for employee listening, you will ensure we have the required mechanisms to gather, analyse and act on employee insight and feedback, fostering engagement, involvement, and inclusion.

 

Employee engagement:

  • Develop an approach and strategy to employee engagement which includes the engagement Survey encompassing full implementation, stakeholder plans and management, communication initiatives
  • Diagnosis strengths and opportunities across the employee lifecycle affecting people experience and provide insights and data from the Employee engagement survey to key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Develop recommendations on how to guide the transformation from a people perspective, prioritising the needs, and monitor on the progress (barometer)
  • Provide best practices and trends within people experience and engagement and share these with our organization, leverage those insights to shape the future organization

 

Organisation Culture & Values:

  • Work closely with the Group CSR on the People and Communities pillars
  • Structure our key values related messages with all stakeholders in the organisation, to connect our employees to our CSR and Sustainability strategy
  • Implement the key initiatives related to our Social impact ambitions, including activating new tools to connect our employees  to our communities (volunteering)
  • Partner with our internal communication team to help define the narrative and amplify the visibility of our initiatives to our employees

 

Workplace experience:

  • Understand working environment evolution trends and leverage those insights to inform recommendations on how to improve our workplace experience, upgrade our employee benefits in collaboration with our reward team and anticipate our evolving employees needs (focus on new generations)
  • Work with all the HR functions to develop new initiatives to support our employees physical and mental wellbeing, both in the physical and digital workplace
  • Carry out and pilots initiatives to test and try, with the ambition to scale and become agile


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You will have a background in consulting or HR with a deep expertise in culture and organisational development, employee engagement, organisation sustainability/ social impact strategy and leading innovation in the workplace. 

To succeed in that role, you will need to bring those key skills:

  • Storytelling - Understanding of how to create a unique employer brand and enhance the alignment between culture, mission and value to create engagement

  • Strong coordinator & collaborator - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and consistently with multiple stakeholders, deep expertise in end-to-end management of projects and programs
  • Innovator - Excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills, not afraid exploring new paths and new operating models
  • Digital savvy – you are familiar with Engagement platforms capabilities and always aware of the new digital innovations & trends
  • Focused on quality - Pay attention to details, we need the same care in our experiences as we bring to our products
