Reporting to the Head of the Sustainability Academy, the Engagement Intern plays a key role in supporting the development and success of the newly launched Academy. The Engagement Intern works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the training programme aligns with the Group’s strategic priorities and meets the needs of its target audience by contributing to the enhancement of the engagement, innovation, and effectiveness.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

Learning & Development

  • Support in the development of a toolkit for the Regions and Maisons
  • Monitor progress & traction, including tracking adoption KPIs, collect feedback & analyse data through surveys, NPS, engagement on platforms, etc.
  • Assess new learning materials to evaluate potential to respond to the business needs

 

Design & Production

  • Design graphics and layouts for training materials
  • Support in the development of multimedia content by editing videos and integrating animations to enhance learning experiences

 

Event Management

  • Support in the organisation of internal Sustainability events (conferences, webinars)

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

  • Final year or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or another related field
  • Prior experience in one or more of areas of studies
  • Demonstrated interest for the luxury sector
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfortable navigating and learning various technologies
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, French is a plus
  • Flexibility, detail-orientated and positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset
  • Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory
  • Available for a 6-month internship with starting date 01.11.2024
