HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The Legal & Regulatory Compliance Team is looking for a Compliance & Learning Specialist to support legal and regulatory compliance functions in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s Compliance Management Program and the Compliance Learning Program, across all Richemont Group regions and Maisons.

 

Reporting directly to Legal & Regulatory Compliance Director, this role will have four main objectives:

  • support the team in the implementation of the Compliance Management Program and the development the Group’s compliance policies and procedures;
  • develop, implement and maintain the Global Compliance Learning Program, as well as support in the development of regional compliance learning initiatives and compliance awareness campaigns;
  • support compliance monitoring tasks through data analysis and report building; and
  • contribute to the team efforts on day to day activities including, but not limited, to corporate compliance, AML/KYC tasks, regulatory monitoring, and emerging requirements in the legal and regulatory compliance space.

As a member of the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Team, the Compliance & Learning Specialist will work closely with the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Director and various business functions, to support their general compliance and associated learning needs.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Compliance Management Program: Support in the implementation of the Compliance Management Program through policy reviews and updates, data analysis and research. Update compliance databases and conduct compliance monitoring.
  • Compliance Learning Program: Develop and maintain the global legal and regulatory Compliance Learning Program for the Richemont Group. Develop, confirm and update compliance eLearning modules and develop awareness material for new compliance policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Monitoring local and regional regulatory requirements in cooperation with Regional Compliance Managers to assist in the continuous and complete alignment of our compliance policies and compliance learning program with local and international regulation. Contribute to various compliance projects and initiatives, as requested.
  • Learning Content Generation: Acting as a content owner for specific compliance matters and awareness campaigns. Supporting other content owners to ensure the successful roll-out of high-impact compliance learning modules and compliance initiatives. Examples of compliance themes in scope of this role include anti-bribery and corruption, global economic sanctions, anti-money laundering policy and controls

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • Analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Organised, analytical and curious nature, capable of multi-tasking, prioritising and delivering results on time.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role in compliance and/or learning & development.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in business related disciplines and/or in law.
  • Proven ability to design, develop and deliver training content in a rapidly changing environment. Solid knowledge of eLearning development software and at least one Learning Management System a strong plus.
  • Ability to manage, analyse and process data using software and develop automated reporting solutions. Previous experience in CRM systems and SAP a plus.
