Under the responsibility of the Business Data & Analytics Senior Manager, you will participate to the development of the strategic Richemont B2B tool.

Our aim is to continue driving the shift of the Watch Maisons’ wholesale business model from a sell-in towards a sell-out and customer oriented strategy.

You will be part of a team leading a Group strategic initiative and strongly contributing to the transformation of the Group into a data driven company.

The position is located in Bellevue, Switzerland.




Projects / Roll Out

  • Lead B2B Project Coordination, representing the department in all meetings with all stakeholders
  • Define new process with all stakeholder involved (Sales, Business, Maisons, IT, Digital, SAP, Logistic, Supply Chain…)
  • Organize the full roll out of the project (cross-teams planning, milestones, outcomes, etc.)  and participate to all  its phases (kick off/trainings/ tests/ sign-off meetings/support..)
  • Define, Formalize, communicate a clear action plan, ensuring regular follow up with all people involved


IT System enhancements

  • Participate to all Grooming and Sprint meetings, following the Agile methods
  • Working with B2B team, define new features, follow their development by IT teams, organize tests and inform key user about the enhancements


Monitor and Review regularly daily operation and support:

  • Follow up solving of issues with Key Users, Brand Project Managers and IT
  • Support continuous improvement on business organization and share best practices with Maisons
  • Regular training of Booster key users


Documentation and reporting

  • Updating documentation for internal use in OneWiki -Richemont knowledge platform- and for external use -user guides/videos for retailers-
  • Issue documents for Top Management, showing the status of the projects
  • Formalizing reporting and KPI indicators




Back ground

  • Graduate degree in Business school/ engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years working experience ideally in consulting / projects management, preferably in IT projects and/or B2B related fields with some exposure to an international environment
  • Affinity for IT and good understanding of business management (B2B)
  • SAP knowledge required
  • Experience in distribution of consumer products and/or luxury goods would be an asset
  • Experience preferred with Digital/online tools
  • Successful records in project management
