This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the duration of your internship.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

We are looking for a passionate university student who is eager to grow, develop, and leave a noticeable impact within the transport department. Transport and customs are crucial for businesses, as they ensure companies reach global markets while complying with regulations. At Richemont we aim to develop a high-end customized and seamless customer experience, ensuring the integration of technology and security; and prioritizing sustainable and compliant solutions. This internship will teach you how to build and support the execution of our European Transport strategy.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • Set up measures and dashboards with partners and local logistics, including data Analysis on transport lead times and costs, NPS, and Co2
  • Supporting the head of transport with data gathering from Markets and 3PL
  • Supporting project management activities, in particular regarding transport strategy (new services provided by partners and routes expansions)
  • GAP analysis of current transport strategy and identification of improvement solutions
  • Supporting the structuring of transport BCP for the Region
  • Coordinating where necessary, with colleagues from the markets and departments of other shared functions

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Background: Degree in Management Engineering or Economics – or similar
  • Language skills: Fluent in English
  • Organization & Planning: Can orchestrate multiple activities at once. 
  • Data & Analytics: Excellent knowledge of the Office package in particular Excel; knowledge of SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, or other digital/analytics tools would be a plus.
  • People Agile: Has empathy, and is an active listener.
  • Results-oriented: Motivated to reach targets. 
  • Problem-solving: Able to handle difficult situations and can start again from scratch by thinking out of the box.
