HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Even if part of a regional team, our TA interns become members of our global Recruitment Academy, designed specifically to bring out the best in you and make you an outstanding recruitment expert. 

  

In practical terms you will learn all about a full-cycle of Talent Acquisition, from initial strategic meetings with the business, to working closely with our Talent Acquisition teams in the regions in successfully filling our headcount needs. Your biggest contribution will be in headhunting for exceptional talent, building and nurturing strong networks, and ensure we remain the employer of choice for this talent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  

  • Working together with our TA community, you will learn how a full cycle Talent Acquisition process works. 
  • Not only locally rooted, but as a part of the bigger TA community, you will have chances to collaborate, interact and support various TA Partners and the business in building strong pipelines of future talent 
  • You will have complete training in terms of procedures, tools and practices 
  • You will learn the crucial methods and ways of headhunting effectively and managing candidate relationships, increasing our talent networks while being a stellar representative of our organization 
  • You will be trained in applying a D&I lens to all our talent activities, ensuring we find exceptional talent regardless of their immediate background/industry and other factors that can introduce bias 
  • You are supporting our TA experts in increasing their talent pools, working on future business needs and anticipating coming roles 
  • All of your public activity is in line with our Employer Branding directives, to ensure quality representation of Richemont and our Maisons 
  • You will support with University & School initiatives where needed 
  • Good use of our systems and data management will be crucial and is always the main factor in the success of the TA function

1st stage: If your application is selected, we will reach out to you within 2 weeks for an informal introductory meeting, to understand your motivation better and explain the coming steps in our process 

2nd stage: Meeting with the Hiring Manager, to discuss the Talent Acquisition Internship Benelux & Nordics in detail and ensure you have all the insights needed 

3rd stage: we will ask you to complete a short behavioral questionnaire and then organize the final interview to explain the results further 

4th stage: Hopefully we can deliver great news after, and welcome you warmly to our team
