Starting date: February 1st 2025
This is a full-time internship for a duration of 6 months. Please note that you must be enrolled in a university program for the duration of your internship.


MAIN PURPOSE
Within a team of five, the European Spare Process Management Parts Intern is responsible for the follow-up of European spare parts stock and distribution, in order to guarantee deliveries with high service level (accuracy and lead-time) to repair platforms, boutiques and other partners for 10 of the Group Maisons.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the spare parts distribution to EMEIA repair platforms, boutiques and partners

  • Elaborate and improve existing KPIs in collaboration with the RLGE, Richemont Subsidiaries, and Maisons
  • Ensure an optimized stock management to have the best-in-class stock assortment
  • Drive creative initiatives to improve the performance and reduce workload by automation of IT flows, or by improving procedures of physical flows.
  • Working closely together with the European Spare Part Coordinators
  • Continuous seeking for ways to improve our processes by mapping the tasks and procedures.

 

You are

  • Great analytical, forecasting, reporting, Excel and PowerPoint Skills

(Knowledge of Six Sigma will be a plus)

  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
  • Agile, organized and rigorous
  • Customer service oriented
