HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

By being the key HR business partner in the co-creation and the implementation of the HR strategy supporting the transformation of the Maison regarding it’s new retail strategy and at the same time managing the continuous delivery of high quality HR operations for 3 different business in 5 different countries. This means hiring top talents, to develop and retain them offering a truly employee-centric working environment and delivering the best employee experience to our talents. 

As the HR manager, you will support managers in forecasting and planning human resources requirements in line with the business strategy. Your true business partnership skills will come across in challenging the business and successfully maneuvering through and providing assistance in business development-, transformation- and / or change management processes. 

You will create the mindset that together we are responsible for recruiting the best talent, developing our potential and connecting & collaborating with our international HR community. You have the possibility to get involved in international projects and to build your network within the international HR community, sharing best practices, insights and more. 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

A successful HR manager will truly excel in their HR expertise, advisory & coaching skills and demonstrating a true natural passion for business partnering offering state of the art HR solutions and realizing great business results in close collaboration with the business and the HR team. 

Especially in luxury, excellent communication- and customer service mindset are key. Though high proficiency in English is good, having other European language skills (Dutch and / or French) are a plus. You will harbor a culture of open, clear and inclusive communication and excellent people management.

  2. The next step from there would be a meeting with our HR Director
  3. If positively concluded from both sides, then you will have a chance to speak with our Managing director and with our European HR Directors
