MAIN PURPOSE
Within a team of four, the EU Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for the follow-up of European spare parts stock and distribution, in order to guarantee deliveries with high service level (accuracy and lead-time) to repair platforms, boutiques and other partners for 12 of the Group Maisons.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate the spare parts distribution to European repair platforms, boutiques and partners
•    Follow-up stock KPIs and ensure performance within SLA
•    Ensure delivery to repair platforms, boutiques and other partners within SLA
•    Point of contact for special requests, operations, etc.
•    Manage the spare parts stock and follow-up the replenishment process 
•    Ensure replenishment orders are correctly and timely created
•    Communicate of delays and spare parts availability
•    Monitor spare parts returns process and coordinate with the Maisons
•    Follow-up and manage long delays with the Maisons
•    Review the model stock positions regularly and maintain good stock quality
•    Continuous seeking for ways to improve our processes

 

YOUR PROFILE
You must be able to demonstrate the following key capabilities:
•    Bachelor or master's degree or equivalent
•    3 years’ experience in an office environment
•    Excellent communication skills at all levels and ability to work in a team
•    Good analytical skills, agile, organized and rigorous
•    Great Excel skills are mandatory
•    Customer service oriented
•    English fluency is mandatory
•    SAP and VBA experience is an advantage
