This internship is planned to begin February 2025.
You must be enrolled for the duration of the internship.

 

MAIN PURPOSE


As part of the European Richemont team, the CRC coordinator intern will work closely with senior management teams to provide assistance with administrative tasks, teams support & accompany the
development of the Amsterdam platform as a strong Relational hub of excellence within the Richemont Group.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assist the L&D Manager in various tasks and projects
  • Coordinate, organize and follow major teams’ events, external visits in partnership with concerned departments and projects
  • Support our department in special projects/initiative and ensure their coordination
  • Provide seamless support to leadership teams.
  • Support teams in day‐to‐day operations
  • Organize, execute, and assist with activities (staff meeting, all‐hands meetings, on‐sites/off‐sites, and team social events).
  • Ensure internal communication to promote activities and projects, capitalizing on news and articles publication in the Richemont intranet

PROFILE

 

  • Areas of study in communications or hospitality
  • Affinity with luxury industry
  • English mandatory as main working language (another language is appreciated)
  • Self‐motivated, pro‐active and persistent

This is a paid internship (including commuting allowance).
