Physical Security and Health & Safety Manager Saudi Arabia

 

WE RECRUIT

In line with Richemont Saudi Arabia security strategy and objectives, the security manager is responsible for leading the implementation of group and regional security initiatives and directives; manage the security vendor(s) performance and contracts. Develop professional security concept & solutions, utilizing directives, industry best practice and approved standards - to protect Richemont people and assets; strengthen security awareness through training. Providing timely guidance and support to the business to ensure organization achieves the highest level of security effectiveness and controls. .

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procedures

- Conduct gap assessment and analysis and implement effective corrective action

- Implement Richemont Health & Safety and Physical Security directives, policies, standards, guidelines as well as ensure the overall effectiveness and compliance

- Conduct systematic quarterly Health & Safety and Physical Security audits in boutiques and follow-up audits related corrective actions..

 

Professional Solutions

- Maintain knowledge of complex industry trends, current security issues and security technology

- Provide profession support on challenging projects and assist to solve and resolve complex issues

- Develop security concept and applied security measures to, ensure the security design, construction, and technical specifications are fully implemented.

 

Training

- Engage with key internal stakeholders to develop the training plan;

- Develop and update the training material,

- Obtain the training resource and deliver the training base on the plan and needs;

- Validate the training frequency and conduct refresh training to enhance the security awareness.

 

Vendor management

- Manage, maintain and renew the contract for security vendors of both manned guarding and systems

- Clarify the roles and responsibilities

- Determine the SLA and KPIs

- Conduct vendor performance review and quarterly business review to ensure the highest service

Quality

 

YOUR PROFILE

- University Degree or relevant experience

- Board certified ASIS CPP or PSP holder an advantage, Certification in H&S would also be desirable

- Demonstrated minimum 5 years of relevant experience with sizeable companies

- Experienced in developing Security risk assessment, risk analysis and H&S audits

- Multi-dimensional approach to dealing with complex problem solving abilities

- Proven ability to quickly and maturely assimilate information, derive solutions and make decisions

- Incident/crisis management/project management skills and physical & technical security knowledge

- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, solutions orientated

- Languages: Arabic, Fluent English both oral and written essential
