Reception & Admin Assistant - Purdey at the Royal Berkshire Shooting School

(permanent, full time)

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Working alongside and reporting to the Client Services & Property Manager, this person is responsible for all “front of house” services which include the management of the electronic appointment diary, processing customer payments, administering various competitions, supporting colleagues with corporate and charity events and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
They must have very strong system and administration skills which are allied to a customer focused and problem-solving attitude.

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Manage the daily operation of the reception area and all associated tasks
  • Manage the shared electronic appointments diary
  • Raise and process customer payments
  • Assist with the administration of competitions and both on and off-site events 
  • Maintain cleanliness of all customer facing areas
  • Stock taking as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of client data bases
  • Receive and return guns according to strict company protocols
  •   Assist colleagues in other areas of the business when necessary e.g. Country Store
