You will make an impact by:

Co-managing, animating and training the Boutique team in order to achieve the Boutique’s target and monitoring the results
Behaving as a Piaget Ambassador inside and outside the Boutique and coaching the team in the realization of their own business leads
Having a strong client orientation in order to provide an unforeseen level of client service and a personalized client experience to always create a “wow-effect”

Your exceptional skills we are looking for:

You are business and results-driven and like to constantly challenge yourself and your team
You possess a proven experience in people management
You have a strong experience in establishing and growing strong client relationships
You have excellent communication skills, take initiatives, are a true problem-solver
Elegance, audacity and excellence are part of your DNA
You speak fluent English
