Then you must be the right talent to join Piaget as Marketing Executive, South East Asia & Oceania, based in Singapore!
Responsibilities include:
Partner to localise and execute Marketing Plan
- Optimize & implement marketing plan including PR, Media & Communications, Brand Experience & Events and VM at a Regional & Local Level
- Partner with Regional Marketing & Communications manager to validate marketing plans, proposals, approvals & post reports
- Ensure all monthly invoices & expenses are actualised according to budget monthly phasing according to Richemont policy
PUBLIC RELATIONS
- Prepare and send out Press Releases and Assets to relevant parties, according to PR Calendar
- Coordinate product consignments for press shoots with PR Agencies, Retail Teams and Security
- Support with sharing brand product information and assets according to press requests
- Manage data from DMR platforms and consolidate monthly PR reports, in partnership with PR Agencies
- Support coordination of deliverables for any Celebrity partnership (social posts, product shoots, event attendance, etc)
MEDIA & COMMUNICATIONS
- Brief artworks for media deliverables (OOH, print advertisements, digital banners, etc) on Picto platform
- Liaise with media agencies to ensure timely delivery of media plans, media reports and necessary artworks
- Support Marketing Manager with consolidating necessary information for media reports
CLIENT BRAND EXPERIENCE & EVENTS
- Support and coordinate local needs and requirements for Client events (e.g. In boutique Events, Partnership Events, High Jewellery Event)
- Plan & execute Experiences & Events with careful consideration of the business objectives, client journey & brand guidelines.
- Execute according to global branding guidelines leveraging regional templates provided
- Support on all event elements including Conceptualization, F&B, Client Treatment, Gifting, Logistics etc. according to guidelines – set up, F&B vendor, florals, apt set up etc
- Manage all assets for experience events into SEAO folders to support SEAO marketing team
- Handle submission application work permit to the building/mall management.
- Support to collate all required data post experience to support Marketing & Communications Manager compile into post report.
VISUAL MERCHANDISING
- Execute Seasonal Boutique Animation for boutiques across region with direct & partner markets
- Ensure all visual elements of the boutiques are meeting Piaget quality standards & guidelines implemented by regional team
- Manage VM inventory
- Manage seasonal execution of florals for store implemented according to Regional Guidelines
- Partner closely with Boutiques VM champions to ensure elements meet business needs
Required Competencies
- 3 years+ relevant experience preferably in the luxury industry. Preferably from Watches & Jewellery
- Creative, pragmatic, and proactive. Detail-oriented, strong in project management.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence stake holders.
- Good decision-making skills with experience in planning, organizing, as well as problem-solving skills.
- Team player with high level of integrity.
