This position is responsible for providing daily support to the Piaget Operations team for the SEA and Oceania markets. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock Supply, Replenishment and Managment
- Manage the wholesale accounts in SEAO markets, including sales orders and operations
- Partner with various internal departments to plan replenishment, distribute the products according to the target visibility and sales ambition defined.
- Liaise with the POS or the operators for all topics related to supply needs: product availability, assortments, lead-times, orders, returns.
- Monitor stock movement and assist in maintaining appropriate assortment levels
- Prepare report and conduct ongoing data analysis of sales performance to identify risks and opportunities. Formulate and recommend strategies to optimize sales.
- Manage consignment stock in the region (watches, special pieces, straps and any other kind of products)
- Follow up with WHS teams enquiries using PEP platform and perform regular platform maintenance.
- Ensure ODNs created are processed and cut offs/ETAs met
- Troubleshoot SAP platform processes to ensure smooth transactions when required
- Collaborate with logistic team to coordinate inbound and outbound flows, cope with delivery constraints and hiccups, local regulations, festivals, or business activities
- Participate as key user in Richemont projects
- Perform all administrative tasks related to sales orders, stock allocation, invoicing, returns.
- Challenge and enhance the processes to constantly improve operational efficiency.
- Create retailer account set up in system
- Coordinate month end/quarter end incentives and accrual
4) Enquiries and firm orders
- Answer requests from POS/online platform, liaise with all parties involved to assess availability and lead-time.
- Follow up and manage the enquiry or firm order from the supplier to the final delivery. Make sure delivery dates committed to end client are respected.
- Share qualitative feedback on enquiries with Demand Planning and Commercial teams. Suggest assortments or sales forecast amendments in case of frequent enquiries
5) Pricing, invoicing and receivables
- Manage yearly price changes
- Alert on credit limit and overdue. Ask Finance to release orders when needed.
- Release credit note on returns. Issue debit / credit memo
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in in sales operations/admin role or related.

- Excellent organisation skills and structured work approach
- High flexibility, independent and highly efficient
- Specific competencies: IT savvy especially SAP, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience in BI Tools a plus
- Strong initiative and great independence in working
