Lead the development of digital & social strategies and plan to direct traffic to both online and offline, Work closely with Customer Experience team and Commercial team to develop attractive offers to animate the BTQs (brick and mortar stores, PFS, PFS and website).

Responsible for planning and execution of social media copy writing, posting and manage the platforms and KOL management to drive awareness and affinity with target audience of Piaget.

Lead the planning of all e-communication, digital marketing and e-commerce traffic driving through different activations throughout the year.

Digital budget management





Development of digital strategy and go-to-market plan:

  • 360 campaign with the consolidation of media strategy and plan
  • Design the offers to target audience to allure them to understand the brand and drive to store (online and offline)
  • Work with multi-functional teams (Customer Experience, PR & Communication & Commercial) to develop the seamless Piaget experience.
  • Activation planning and execution throughout the year to animate the brand and drive the traffic to  E-commerce.


Social Content production and posting:

  • Copy writing for social media platforms on Sina weibo, Wecaht and Red.
  • Work closely with PR to understand the press content, provide the content idea and implement into the text
  • Photo Grouping, choose and design the photo match/layout  for the copy text
  • Adjust the content into the suitable format; choose the best timing to release the post.


Manage the social platforms background design

  • Official platform KOL arrangement.
  • Select the right the KOLs, prepare the KOL retweet copy.
  • Website POS information update


Other responsibilities


  • Proactively communication with international PR, media and content team
  • Review and monitor the status of all orders and processing in the Systems.
  • Develop strategies for improving qualified traffic to PFS, WeBTQ and Brand site
  • Manage and monitor the budget and spending.
  • Lead as function lead (with team) on various service development projects, ensuring project timelines are updated regularly and coordinated with all resources to ensure a successful implementation.





     Bachelor degree in retail, marketing, and or business management, master is a plus. Studies abroad preferred.

     Previous strong experience in Digital activities, ideally both in Agency and in Companies

     Minimum 6 year experience.

     Excellent proficiency in English and Chinese
