Head of High Jewelry and Exclusive Creations

MISSION
The Head of HJ and Excl creations is a brand ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring a top-level service for each client. She/He is reporting to the Commercial Director and HQ High Jewellery Team.
She/ He is responsible to achieve sales and exceed sales targets set up Mainland China, in collaboration with all commercial team.
She/He ensures a unique client experience before, during and after a sale, in or outside the boutique. She/He must implement a commercial action plan to develop High Jewellery clients and sales.
She/He participates to High Jewellery events of Piaget, in this context, the High Jewellery Sales Manager is required to travel regularly and has a budget to manage.
She/He is a High Jewellery referent all around the world with clients or in any relationship with the Maison. Is part part of HJ Committee & Community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Performance & Service:
• Delivers a unique 360° client experience during a sale in and outside of the boutique (incl events)
• Anticipates and organizes HJ & Exclusive Creations presentations and previews
• Perfectly manages all sales related steps, from pitching to closing.
• Adapts to clients’ needs and motivations, manages up-selling
• Strives to always surpass and exceed client expectations
• Acts as a privileged contact on related CS topics and knows how to handle them
• Proposes and develop special orders regularly
• Participates to all HJ brand events as wells as client events.
• Manages outgoings budget and travels plan
• Forecasts and delivers the HJ & Exclusive Creations target – to be discussed with sales teams and management
Clients’ Relationship & Development:
• Nurtures exceptional client relationships to maintain and enhance client loyalty within her/his portfolio
• Establishes action plans and strategies to develop the client portfolio to treat existing clients, upgrade potentials and regain lost clients
• Develops the client portfolio by networking & hunting outside the boutique (including partnership developments)
• Uses the yearly activation calendar to organize individual client journeys
• Resolves client’s complaints with the highest professionalism, promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations.
Operations:
• Finalizes sales in SAP system in collaboration with the boutique and the Retail coordination
• Controls discounts and contracts with business introducers following Brand guidelines
• Works in collaboration with operations and HQ HJ teams on the supply needs: model stock, routing packs, target consignment, clients viewing, etc…
• Supports the Boutique Management in any back of house/ administrative operations related to this category
Ambassador role:
• Local Head of the China HJ Committee
• Represents the Maison in all possible Brand events or non-brand High Profile events
• Provides feedback, contributes in suggesting ideas and recommendations to the Management team in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the High Jewellery business.
• Shares skills to develop the HJ Specialists and Experts (work in pairs)
High Jewelry Community:
- Contribute to the HJ Community by sharing and coaching on a daily basis:
o Sales targets and associated action plans
o Best Practices
o Client Feedback
o Market/Competition insights
o Strategic topics regarding HJ or HTI (coming from HQ or Local management)
- Lead and organize with HJ team all HJ Community activations/trainings/presentations….
- Present and animate the HJ Community, on a regular basis, on HJ/HTI specific topics with support from HQ & Ambassadors.

Excellent communication skills
English speaker
Well-groomed and demonstrate an attitude of professionalism, conscientiousness and reliability.
Computer Knowledge in Microsoft (PPT and Excel); knowledge of SAP is a plus.
