MAIN PURPOSE

Area Retail Manager is responsible for Retail Operation Supervision, Retail Reporting, Retail Business Sales Achievement, and Retail Marketing and Business Development of all boutiques in the designated Area. He/she has the responsibility of ensuring that all Boutiques maintain the highest image and service standards of the Boutiques, assure the proper operational functioning, as well as achieve budgeted sales targets.
Area Manager is a Senior Team Coordinator, with good inter-personnel skills, able to communicate at all levels, not only with Boutique Teams but also with other related internal departments and external suppliers. A strong team player, he/she is also capable of taking initiatives to ensure that all Quantitative and Qualitative objectives are met.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Achieve sales BU and LE target, monitor by boutique KPIs and performance
•    CRM, make sales team have strong customer centric sprit and create emotional sales to our clients. Knowing our clients well. Monitor by boutique through CRM convert to sales KPIs
•    Event, prepare yearly marketing events and seeking affinity partners   
•    Keep consistence service standard including sales and aftersales clients  
•    Aftersales service standardized implement and handle customer compliance 
•    Boutique operation VM, Stock, audit, boutique discipline 
•    In boutique training(products and Mystery shopping) arrangement, check and follow up
•    Monthly action plan preparing and weekly& monthly report and analysis 
•    Staff Management and development
•    Preparing new boutiques opening 
•    Cross function collaboration 
•    Sales staff recruitment
•    Business development, collect and provide qualitative market information and feedback on market trend

REQUIREMENT:
•    Minimum BA degree and above 
•    8 years or above retail management experience, luxury brands preferred 
•    Strong business acumen, aggressive in driving sales and entrepreneurial spirit
•    Strong team building and leadership skills 
•    Good relationship with landlords
•    Strong VICs development experience and skills
•    Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills 
•    Great team leader and player, diligent, reliable and responsible
•    Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English 
•    Willing to travel on business
