Job Title:                  Retail Director

                                Reports to:               Managing Director, Piaget Korea

 

 

 

Overview:  

 

This position is to support Managing Director in retail & WS business including sales, productivity, customer service, store planning, sales staff HR.

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

1. Commercial Strategy

Develop commercial strategies to achieve commercial target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects

Implement this strategy to ensure annual business objective are met

 

2. Sales Management

Develop the action plan and implement to achieve sales target

Provide sales analysis and manage sales person’s performance

Strategically plan sales incentive and monitor its calculation

Maximize the efficiency of sales incentive

 

3. Boutique Operation

Directly supervise internal/external boutiques

Manage boutique budget and its cost

Ensure business partners are following PIA standard in terms of product assortment, POS image, pricing & service

Regular visit boutiques and provide feedback

Control and minimize operational risk

 

4. Team management

Provide coaching, training & Feedback for career development

Retain people by motivating team to gain job satisfaction

Develop training program for office staff, internal & external boutique staff and Wholesales staff

 

5. CS management

 

6. Store Project

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors’ degree at university
  • More than 12 years’ experience in luxury global company
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
  • Fluent English skills are required
  • Preferred personality : team spirit, autonomous attitude, supportive, Open-minded and passionate
