Job Title:                 PR & Communication Manager    

                                  Reports to:                 Marketing & Communication Director, Piaget Korea

 

          

 

 

Overview:  

 

The position holder is responsible for PR and communication activities of Piaget Korea, under management of Marketing & Communication Director. The person will plan and execute all brand and product communication activities such as PR, Ambassador management, AD, Press relationship, Communication collateral, Event, Research etc. Major part of this job in PR field is to maximize brand exposure in media through strategic PR campaign execution, product placement, ambassador management, press events, and press relationship, etc. In the field of AD, the person will manage vertical and horizontal advertisement creative and release them following media plan. In communication, the person will implement production of communication material, and external communication activities such as external events, website management etc. Be required not only to understand brand identity and luxury business but also to implement all activities with broad marketing perspective.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • PR/Digital execution
    • Manage all product placement regarding all media exposure including PPL
    • Plan and execute for the ambassador activities and maintain a pool for the potential ambassadors and messengers
    • Produce press release material for fashion and watch news, editorial and advertorial contents
    • Keep good relationship with press
    • Report PR clipping and PR evaluation result to HQ
    • Share AD&PR activity with BTQ
    • Create digital contents with celebrity selection
    • Maximize the brand awareness and image
    • Supervise PR contents for maintaining premium brand image
    • Increase PR coverage and build up strong relationship with journalists
    • Promote retail boutique and all point of sales with cooperation with landlords

 

  • AD execution
    • Execute monthly AD plan with official ads agency.
    • Provide proper guideline and visual material to design agency and internal stakeholders.
    • Control visual variation and distribution according to media plan.
    • Overseeing all the media activities by collaborating with digital marketing in terms of digital banner, brand search, etc. maximizing website traffic and qualitative data.
    • Communicate efficiently with key agencies Mediacom and Datawords.
    • Report results of Media activities.
    • Execute media budgeting, tracking and evaluate agencies annually
    • Execute market benchmark

 

  • Content and communication collateral management
    • Deploy Go to market pack to internal stakeholders
    • Deploy HQ content to local collaborating with digital marketing
    • Produce local print and digital collaterals such as event material, leaflet, brochure and etc.
    • Support DM and copies for retail and CRM team

 

  • Event
    • Plan and organize all kinds of event
    • Promote the corporate image of brand and product with strategy
    • Report and communicate closely with HQ about the planning
    • Review the result and post-activity measurement
    • Organize and execute press events (global&local)/external customer events following event plan.
    • Provide proper guideline and material to event agency and cooperate with them.
    • Draw up post event report.

 

  • Budget Control
    • Plan and manage communication budget
    • Maximize the cost efficiency and ROI
    • Review and report cost spending within budget per project.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors Degree at university.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Communication and PR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • People and team management skills
  • Negotiation skills are needed
  • Contents composition skills required.
  • Fluent English and Korean Language skills required.
  • Preferred personality: proactive, team spirit, open minded, passion for luxury industry, can do spirit, stress management
