International Quality Project Manager

We are looking to integrate a Quality Assurance Project Manager to join a newly created function in our organization. Reporting to our Head of Quality, you will closely collaborate with our markets and our customer service department to build and manage a surveillance plan.

You will also liaise with internal stakeholders such as marketing, communication, supply chain, manufacturing or sales to share the strategy and set up quality standards.



Monitoring plan of the Market

- Identify product risks according to customer expectations

- Define, build and manage the monitoring plan from finished good to the customer

- Define and implement product and/or process audits within the scope of the project


Market Quality Performance

- Define the structure of quality performance management in the markets

- Communicate about the indicators and make sure they are well understood

- Lead progress plans in line with results


Consolidation of the global monitoring plan

- Consolidate the macro surveillance plan across the supply chain.

- Define the structure methodology for monitoring plans



- Quality engineer or Master's degree

- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in quality management or customer service in an international environment

- You are an expert in quality assurance tools: monitoring plan, audit, risk analysis

- Fluency in English and French
