Part of the Global Retail Department at HQ you will be in charge of assisting the team on various projects related to client engagement and performance. You will have the opportunity to work with the different members of the team, with our markets and with some of the HQ departments.

 

You will make an impact by:

 

  • Assist with building campaigns: gather assets and storytelling elements from different departments, liaise with our creative agency to build campaign briefs
  • Coordinating ad-hoc projects with HQ departments and markets (retail, digital tools, gifting, best practices…)
  • Conducting ad hoc client data analysis to identify business insights and opportunities
  • Developing monthly reports to follow KPI’s
  • Updating activation calendars and project’s roadmap
  • Coordinating ad hoc projects related to customer journey, new client tools and services
  • Handling best practices: gather markets feedback, consolidate results, identify and share best practices
  • Developing and updating training materials (user guides, live training/demo, coaching session)
  • Participating in the testing of new capabilities
  • Helping with the organization of monthly meetings with markets
  • Developing and facilitating the communication with the CRM community

 

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You are currently attending or have just finished a Business Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • You are a critical thinker who loves to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
  • You have a minimum of two previous experiences in retail, either in a boutique or a head office
  • You have previous experience in creating engaging presentations
  • You have previous experiences in collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, presenting results, and driving implementation
  • You have previous experience with KPI dashboards and reporting tools such as knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or Google Looker
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service/Marketing cloud would be a plus
  • You have strong presentation skills and proven proficiency in MS PowerPoint  
  • You are experienced with analyzing and visualizing large volumes of data in MS Excel
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; any other language would be a plus
  • You are autonomous and have very strong attention to details
  • You are proactive, ambitious, and not afraid of growing with challenges
