Directly reporting to the Maison Head of Controlling Distribution, you will participate in all aspects of the Financial reporting and analysis of the Maison, supporting the Brand business decisions and related corrective actions.
You will make an impact by:
- Under your perimeter: closely monitor local entities performances to quantity risks & opportunities vs Budget/Last Estimates and share it with Management.
- Proposer and implement a constant improvement to the Brand financial reporting to monitor Brand and subsidiaries KPIs, related to the business perimeter under her/his responsibility.
- Increase the efficiency of cost control mainly related to Selling & Distribution, both at Brand ans subsidiary level, and ensure accurate monthly accruals.
- Monitoring performance to quantify risks & opportunities vs Budget/Last Estimates
- Identifying, proposing, and implementing constant improvement to the Brand financial reporting to monitor Brand & Subsidiaries KPIs
- Increase the efficiency of cost control mainly related to Selling & Distribution, both at Brand and subsidiary level, and ensure accurate monthly accruals
- Partner with the HQ marketing teams to challenge the Worldwide communication budget.
- Participate to the budget and Last Estimate processes, to ensure a consistent forecasting in line with the Brand financial targets.
- Collaborate to the package analysis and preparation of the Brand Budget/ last Estimates.
- Follow up of the monthly Budget split considering the business seasonality and the historic trend.
- Follow up local entities acutals performances and deviations with forecasts.
- Follow up capex by project and anticipate costs deviations vs latest forecasts working closely with the Retail departments.
- Analyze Brand boutiques profitability on a quarterly basis, by Regions & By type.
- Responsible of the Maison Exco Cockpit.
- Prepare, analyze and present the investment requests to open/relocate/renew Internal and External mono brand Boutiques.
Your exceptional skills we are looking for:
- You have Master’s degree in Economics or Engineering
- At least 6 years’ experience in a similar position, with Finance analysis expertise as a must-have, ideally working in an international environment
- You are aware of expertise & accounting principles knowledge (IAS/IFRS)
- You are analytical able to analyze, assess data, determine trends and variances, identify problems, suggest solutions
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Point and SAP BI reporting tools
- Soft skills required to work in a multinational environment, managing relationships with different functions and diverse cultures. Demonstrating agility. Flexibility and team spirit.
- You possess a high level of ethics and values standards and a strong sense of confidentiality
- You speak fluent French & English
