High Jewellery Business Development Manager! 

 

In this role, you will support the commercial development of High Jewellery, contributing to our turnover objectives and UHNWI client development. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Commercial Development: 

  • Implement High Jewellery retail and event commercial strategies & initiatives. 

  • Develop and implement dedicated high jewellery sales guidelines and tools. 

  • Manage sales and client reporting for High Jewellery, including KPIs follow-up. 

  • Support the Int’l and Regional events organization (client preparation). 

  • Report market needs and feedback regarding the HJ commercial development. 

 

Development of international sales ambassadors and animation of the High Jewellery Community: 

  • Provide dedicated support to sales ambassadors for all commercial questions related to the segment. 

  • Set up and monitor KPIs for High Jewellery sellers in collaboration with market Retail Directors. 

  • Coordinate the implementation of the High Jewellery Organization (HJO) across markets. 

  • Establish and animate the yearly High Jewellery Community activation calendar. 

  • Organize and coordinate the yearly High Jewellery Get Together. 

 

Operations and Special Orders: 

  • Support and coordinate the implementation of international high jewellery market routing. 

  • Coordinate the boutique model stock roll out. 

  • Encourage, validate and follow-up on special orders. 

 

Transversality: 

  • Collaborate with HQ (Marketing, CRM, Events, HR,...) and Market stakeholders (HJ managers, Retail managers,...). 

 

 

The exceptional skills we are looking for: 

  • Extensive experience in sales and commercial leadership within the luxury sector (7-10 years), combined retail and corporate office experience is a plus. 

  • Deep understanding of UHNWI behaviours. 

  • Expertise in high jewellery client and commercial mechanics (distribution, pricing, ...). 

  • Ability to synthesize, translate and formalize quantitative and qualitative data into actionable strategies. 

  • Strong knowledge in high jewellery and gemology. 

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to motivate and engage with sales team. 

  • English and French as a must.
