Your mission

The Sales Ambassador is an Ambassador of Piaget inside and outside the Boutique by ensuring a top-level service for each client.

She/He is responsible to achieve sales and exceed sales targets setting up by the management and to proactively develop the client database by implementing an effective data capture.

As a Team member, She/ He is an active participant in the daily operation of the boutique and is the referent in the Middle Eastern Business Development and HR referent.



Sales Performance & Service:

  • You develop the turnover, promote and sell Piaget creations by identifying clients’ motivations
  • Demonstrating a constant awareness and actively strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators, you increase Boutique performance and reach Individual and Boutique targets.
  • You assist and support After Sales clients and provide maintenance recommendations, and participate in promotional events and activities
  • As a contributor, you suggest ideas and recommendation in order to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance.
  • You participate in developing sales done to Middle Eastern clients on a yearly basis



Clients’ treatment:

  • You provide exceptional standards of customer service surpassing client’s expectations at every opportunity by following our “Piaget Touch” Art of selling and ensure the highest level of service and care to all customers
  • You implement an effective data capture & follow up for clients, prospects, CS and reservations.
  • Ensuring repeat visits and client’s loyalty, you build, develop and maintain your own Local and International client database
  • Thanks to an extended personal network and a perfect knowledge of the culture, you develop & treat the Middle Eastern database of clients


You also participate to all the day to day Boutique operations:

  • General (support the boutique management, the team, …)
  • Stock control
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Be part of the High Jewellery Community (you participate to all HJ Community activations/trainings/presentattions and contribute by sharing best practices/clients feedbacks/benchmarks …


Your profile

You demonstrate sales skills and success gained as a sales consultant (2 years’ experience minimum)  in a luxury Retail or Service environment ( in HJ & Exc Creation sales) and knowledge of MEI.


You have developed a knowledge and understanding of the Luxury market, Customer service and High Watch and Jewelry industry, including in HJ & Exc Creation.


Enthusiastic, self-confident and self-motivated with positive attitude at all times, you are successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. You’re able to build & maintain personal & strong client relationships.

You're prepared to go the extra mile to achieve targets, you have a natural curiosity on topics related to High Jew & Exceptional Creations.
