Then you must be the right talent to join our Digital team as Client Experience Manager!


Reporting to the Head of Client & Omnichannel, you will be the global point of contact for client experience & omnichannel topics across all touchpoints and you will act as a facilitator at HQ and in the markets.


You will make an impact by:

  • Partnering with the senior management to build a holistic/fully integrated approach of the customer journeys and create a client experience USP (“Piaget experiential signature”).
  • Identifying new opportunities and levers to leverage brand equity and further connect the digital & physical worlds (business development, innovations…).
  • Defining the client experience paths and their KPIs. Conduct qualitative and quantitative client analysis to support the strategy.
  • Coordinating & optimizing the implementation of the client experience strategy and touchpoints across all channels with all the relevant departments (retail, e-commerce, digital, media, training, supply…).
  • Driving and supporting the implementation of omnichannel projects; lead their adoption.
  • Leveraging the Voice of Customer measurement solutions for insights and CX continuous improvement.
  • Contributing to developing the “client-centric culture” within the Maison and building the internal CX mindset.


The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You are passionate about retail & luxury and are willing to contribute to the client centricity transformation
  • You possess a proven previous experience in Client Marketing with strong project management skills (at least 8-10 years)
  • You are business and client oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • You like to collaborate with multiple stakeholders/markets and are able to manage priorities
  • You are used to work in fast-paced and changing environment
  • You are results driven and solution oriented
  • You are creative, can think out of the box to identify and design opportunities to make the brand stand out and engage our clients
  • You are fluent in English, French is a plus
