As Head Data, Analytics & BI your mission is to enable data-based decision-making. You will be responsible for the company’s data strategy and governance, along with the exploitation of data to derive maximum business value. Along the way, you will ensure that data is collected, processed, and visualised in all areas.


Furthermore, you will become an important interface to the Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT and Finance departments.


Thanks to short communication channels, the results of your analyses and recommendations can flow directly into product development, business, and marketing decisions.


This role will suit an organized person with a strong knowledge of data architectures / infrastructure, a solid analytic mindset, a great eye for details, and plenty of team spirit.


The successful candidate will embark on a new journey with the objective to assist the Executive Committee in the transformation of the Maison into a data driven company.


You will make an impact by:

  • Putting in place solid foundations to ensure a smooth and reliable data journey, by clarifying data definition, access, compliance and roles & responsibilities mapping
  • Building the data governance of the company
  • Managing end-to-end business requirements and specifications for reporting and analytics
  • Ensuring the continuous integration of new data sources across the organisation
  • Liaising with the Group’s Data Office, Group Technology teams and Watch division to ensure consistent and accurate processing of business data
  • Participating and leading the preparation of the weekly and monthly global dashboards for the top-level management ensuring highest level of quality and proposing new ideas for business, marketing, and clients’ insights
  • Communicating findings and insights with stakeholders using data visualisation techniques
  • Assisting the business teams with the construction of SAC reports
  • Supporting strategic presentations for analytics insights
  • Working with L&D teams to put in place data trainings
  • Creating and animating a data community


The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You possess a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or in a similar field (graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred)
  • You possess minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Data and analytics and proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • You have an experience in the mining of large data sets
  • You have a good understanding of machine-learning and operations research as well as data architectures, flows, SAP and cloud technologies. Knowledge of Cloud environment (GCP) is a plus
  • You have a strong knowledge of SQL and math skills (e.g. statistics, algebra)
  • You possess a good knowledge of at least one programming language (R / Python).
  • You possess an experience using data visualisation tools and analytics tools (e.g. Google cloud, Google data studio, Lookr, SAP analytic cloud etc.)
  • You have an analytical mindset, with problem-solving skills and a result and service-oriented attitude
  • You are able to interact and collaborate with a wide variety of people
  • You have excellent communication and organization skills
  • You are able to prioritize and manage several projects at the same time
  • You are fluent in English (French is a big plus)
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
