Content Project Manager (CDD – 6 months)

Then you must be the right talent to join our Content team as a Content Project Manager!

 

The Content Project Manager will support the development of communication tools for external and internal communication as well oversee the content creation such as photoshoots for still imagery and moving image.

 

You will make an impact by:

  • Managing various communication channels from initial briefings to final execution, consistently providing excellent customer service to accounts/projects.
  • Overseeing all stages of content development, such as content planning, publishing, and reviewing, within specific projects (collection launches, know-how content, editorial topics and event support).
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop concepts, timelines and budgets that meet Head of Content and Communication & Image Director expectations while maintaining Piaget standard of creative integrity.
  • Briefing internal teams on new projects and maintaining internal communication with the team throughout projects to ensure that brand goals and parameters are clearly understood.
  • Making sure that the creative and strategic intentions are clearly communicated.
  • Ensuring completion of content projects on time, within budget, and as per our business requirements and strategies.
  • Supervising budgets and contracts (quoting, billing, expenses, suppliers’ creation) for any external costs that may arise outside the Production, postproduction and film departments (i.e. research, travel, copywriters, etc). Managing invoices and being the contact between the suppliers and the finance department.
  • Creating and maintaining project status reports insure all is compliant with Richemont financial guidelines.
  • Working together with the supply chain and logistics teams during for publishing projects.
  • Assisting the head of content in the missions related to their function.

 

The exceptional skills we are looking for:

  • You hold a Bachelor or Masters’ degree (University, Business School) with at least 5 to 10 years’ experience in a content department.
  • You are able to work autonomously within a dynamic environment
  • You possess a problem-solving mindset, an entrepreneurial and a team spirit as well as an ability to multitask.
  • You have strong project management skills
  • You are at ease with IT tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Photoshop is a plus.
  • You are fluent in French and English.
