Retail & CRM executive in accordance with daily operation of the retail boutiques – with the aim to assistant retail team to accomplish sales budget, generate wonderful brand experience and deliver exclusive brand image among potential and existing clients.

 

Key responsibility 1 : Retail Operation

  • In charge of boutique & temporary store opening / closing.
  • Watch & Accessory Management: forecast, order & allocation.
  • Update the product availability and arrival schedule of Novelties with two boutique to secure sales opportunity. 
  • Oversee 3 x boutiques (2 internal in Taipei and 1 external in Taichung) maintenance works & related expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Ensure retail operations are in accordance to internal & international guidelines and responsible for both internal & external audits.
  • Arrange training sessions for internal boutiques, and budget monitory.
  • Support retail team of of Product, PLV and publishing to fulfill client’s requirement.

 

Key responsibility 2 : CRM

  • Client database management: drive growth, hygiene, and maintain the quality of the database to 100% follow the guidelines.
  • Through database analysis to establish CRM KPI, and provide annual CRM plans for internal boutiques x 2.
  • Propose clienteling action plans per client segments by applying to diverse communication activities.
  • In-store VIP events organizations.
  • Responsible for corporate CRM campaigns implementation, material preparations, and reports generation.
  • CRM tools & gifts ordering; budget control.
  • Generate client lists to support front line contacting customers.
  • Localization of all CRM related tools & materials.
  • HQ & Regional CRM team networking.

 

Key responsibility 3 : Trade Marketing

  • Department store DM & EDM exposure planning & product selection.
  • In charge of Wholesale POS renovation projects & CAPAX budget control.
  • Retail & W/S POS marketing tools management: PLV forecast, order & allocation according to the given budget
  • Assist marketing & communication department to maintain in-store visual merchandising and visibility and secure all are in line with HQ Guideline.

 

Key responsibility 4 : Reporting

  • To provide monthly report based on HQ/Regional requirement.
  • To update monthly landing result with Boutique Manager and Local HR to calculate sales incentive.
