SALES & OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE.

 

YOUR MISSION

 

Reporting to the Panerai Brand Manager, the Sales and Operations Executive’s key role is to manage the merchandising activities to achieve the overall sales target as defined for the market. Responsible for the implementation and driving the Retailization & Operational Excellence roadmap in Australia and New Zealand via all operational systems & processes.

 

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to;

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Merchandising management, managing optimal product supply and market allocation strategy, working in collaboration with SEA Operations team and marketing team.
  • Customer & Retailer relationship management as a Panerai ambassador providing best in class service level and keep a strong relationship with retailers and all POS and boutique teams.
  • Manage all operational systems as per Brand/HQ Guidelines as the local key user, as well as implementing, driving and improving local operations processes.
  • Provide active feedback and recommendations based on operations systems and processes in order to further drive sales , providing support the Brand Manager to actively monitor discontinued stocks and implement strategies to reduce exposure.
  • Reporting preparation, coordination and submission including assisting in the yearly strategic plan
  • Support network management with new projects and working with the Marketing Executive follow closely VM, maintenance and repairs and ensure that display materials are timely and adequate, so that Panerai is impeccably represented.
  • Assist in developing sales strategies, forecast and the execution.
  • Lead the implementation and follow up of all retail operations projects and New Retail projects, being the referent on boutique operations, retail procedures, systems and IT.

 

HOW YOU WILL EXPERIENCE SUCCESS

 

  • Strong hands on operational capabilities
  • Prior experience in Sales and Operations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • SAP/BI experience will be highly regarded
