Mission (purpose of the job)

 

The primary focus of the Panerai e-Commerce Assistant Manager is described as follows:

E-commerce:

Share the responsibility of Panerai China Ecommerce businesses; Ecommerce Operation for OFS,PFS and support E-marketing campaigns, coordinate order processing and resolve systemic issues, and optimize keyword plans and using CRM and related tools and tactics to drive business. Help drive and deliver the planned EC sales target across channels.

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • To drive ecommerce business including customer acquisition, product launch campaign, promotion campaign, E-channel analysis, and E-marketing /CRM.
  • Ensure excellent daily operation of e-commerce business activities including official website, phone and wechat boutiques. And work closely with contact center, warehouse, CS, and other internal functions.
  • Continuously support in platform technical maintenance and implementation, responsible for regular testing, website content updating, etc.
  • Manage procedures for e-commerce with contact center and liaise with the customer service team to ensure the brand and product message are consistently implemented
  • Sales analysis, product assortment and online stock management
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to drive brand awareness, traffic and sales

 

Numeric/ Quantitative Results

 

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Proven experience with end to end operation experience in Ecommerce (+2 years)
  • With knowledge of China digital landscape, including e-business, search engines and social media
  • Experience in E-platform, in global organization or luxury industry is preferable
  • Good communication and hands on skills
  • Written and oral communication skills in English
