  Marketing Manager


  Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Panerai marketing and communication in general assisting Marketing Manager. Work in conjunction with global marketing team in relation to PR, Event, VM, Digital media, and boutique/ trade activities in order to achieve marketing team KPIs & help support sales KPIs







  • Assist to an efficient and integrated offline/online media plan
  • Work closely with agencies and HQ to define media selection and planning
  • Ensure consistency of media investment across the year and secure prime positions with the support of media agency
  • Track media & social media landscape evolution and changes
  • Manage local social media  content
  • Coordinate advertising material production & operation



  • Support and execute PR& communication plans and programmes, also work closely with HQ to ensure corporate guidelines are respected
  • Ensure brand image is strictly respected through at all times
  • Overlook translation and proof reading for all brand materials in order to keep consistency in communication
  • Explore potential partnerships


Press Relations

  • Maintain and increase brand visibility on appropriate media channels
  • Maximising potential publicity by supporting marketing plan and execution including celebrities/ Influencers working with media and the agency
  • Regularly develop and build relationships with the target media to enhance Brand image
  • the press release of products and activities to ensure publicity generated
  • Ensure brand guidelines are well applied on brand exposure
  • Arrange press trips



  • Ensure qualitative execution and all aspects are within corporate guideline
  • Support to develop and manage yearly event & promotion plan and make sure to maximise ROI
  • Prepare and execute events/promotional activities and supervise on-site operations of events
  • Work closely with sales team to achieve sales performance with branding effects:

          - Manage in-store promotions and VIP treatments

          - Develop and share MMS with boutiques for special occasions

          - Run pop-up booth/stores for special occasions & product launches

  • Manage and provide visual assets for marketing activities; MMS, email, invitation, exhibition, etc. following brand guideline
  • Develop cross industry partnership for co-marketing event
  • Event & Promotion budgets monitoring & reporting to Marketing deputy director on monthly basis
  • Monitoring competitors marketing activities



VM & Trade Marketing (Commercial support)

  • Support brand visibility on retailers’ channels by providing brand assets to retailers
  • Support on planning & execution of local trade marketing; i.e. regular in-boutique promotion to drive sales for retail & wholesale and follow up on boutiques’ ad-hoc requests to support sales activity (GWP/ Promotional material for sales)
  • Manage stock of annual POS materials, publications, and gift
  • Manage window animation waves, iconography, product displays in the defined locations as per HQ guidelines
  • Implement the display change from VM guidelines within store and keep the VM standard
  • Manage VM report in regular basis and as per HQ request


Budget management

  • Control on budget status and monitor all expenses related to marketing and communications  in coordination with local F&A


Reporting & Analysis

  • Monthly, quarterly, annual report of all activities
  • Monitor and report competitors’ activities





  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marketing/Communication and PR
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Korean (Speaking can be comparable in mediocre)
  • Able to work under tight deadlines & pressure
  • Dynamic, pro-active, responsible, accountable, thorough thinking & sensitive to numbers,
  • Efficient, detail & results- oriented & hard-working
  • Ability to multi-task, be-Flexible, committed
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office
