Main Missions
Training of Watchmakers from our Platforms, Internal Network and the External Network,
Servicing of watches coming from all International markets and Richemont International Distribution.
Definition of responsibilities
Watchmaker training
- Provide training at the HQ as well as at the international RCS Platforms,
- Issue reports and training certificates,
- Collaborate with the R&D department for the development of new calibers,
- Ensure coaching and motivation of the network of Local Trainers as well as continuous cooperation and support according to market needs,
- Manage, organize and conduct Manufacture trainings and Train the Trainer conferences,
- Collaborate with the technical support team for the development of all specific tools and the creation of technical documentation.
Watch Servicing
- Diagnosis,
- Perform watch servicing,
- Perform esthetic and technical quality controls,
- Assist CS administration to define the technical communication sent to the client,
Profile
- Confirmed watchmaker-trainer (Swiss diploma or comparable diploma),
- 3 to 5 years’ experience,
- Pedagogue, excellent communication skills,
- English and French are mandatory, German or other languages are an advantage.
