For our manufacture based in Neuchâtel, we are currently aiming to reinforce our Finance department and recruiting a:

 

Business Analyst (24 months)

 

 

The mission is to lead and implement all data related projects within the overall Finance department on top of usual FP&A activities.

In addition to you mission on finance topics, you will join Panerai data analyst community and you will be involved in various data governance activities.

This position is reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Controlling.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT ?

 

Finance 40%

 

  • Leader on global Panerai product margin analysis and forecast
  • Leader on Manufacturing monthly KPI follow up and analysis
  • Support on few other finance analysis when needed
  • Support other finance team members during closing

 

Tools & Projects 50%

 

  • Build and maintain data analytics tools for Finance
  • Power BI reports development and administration
  • SQL finance database management and improvement
  • Microsoft 365 Power Apps, Power Automate Application & Workflow development and administration
  • Optimize and improve the efficiency of existing queries
  • Participate in the Finance team's training on data topics
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Finance department's data roadmap across various dimensions, such as Manufacturing, Distribution, Profitability, KPis and Performance measurement;

 

Data governance 10%

 

  • Part of Panerai manufacturing data governance team
  • Work in close collaboration with various players inside our Maison or in the Richemont Group
  • Finance Data Steward: key contact for the Group
  • Ensure the dissemination of good practices around data
  • Contribute to the empowerment of the data community
  • Ensure that data schemas are consistent with Finance guidelines and developments
  • Support the other departments in the various use cases

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS

 

  • You are graduated from engineering school, specialized in computer science field
  • You have 5 years' experience
  • You demonstrate very good skills on PowerBI and SQLServer
  • You have strong skills on Excel and basic knowledge of VBA
  • With your strong analytical skills, you anticipate problems and can come up with solutions
  • Your dynamism and autonomy allow you to be proactive, while rigorous and flexible
  • You show very good interpersonal skill and a team player attitude
  • Fluent in French, you demonstrate very good knowledge of English
